Our 4 step process
ONE - We schedule a virtual call where we’ll learn all about your inspirations and style, to make sure we truly understand your dream aesthetic. During this first conversation, we'll not only recommend the perfect accessory but also provide you with a tailored quote and an estimated delivery timeline.
TWO - We kindly request a 60% down payment to set the creative wheels in motion. Soon, you'll receive a series of photographs showcasing your accessory's evolution – from visual mockups to assembly alternatives.
THREE - To guarantee that your piece aligns perfectly with your vision, we invite your feedback during an approval stage, typically spanning 3 to 4 weeks.
FOURTH - Upon your acceptance of the final accessory design, we will polish it to perfection and carefully package and entrust it to our international courier service, ensuring a safe and timely arrival at your doorstep.
