Glossary of design terms.

  • A piece specifically designed and created for someone, usually created from scratch and in direct collaboration with the customer.

  • pieces that must be ordered before they are made or officially available. Often with a wait time for it them be produced or delivered.

  • Possibility for making small adjustments to an existing piece. In jewellery it means changing the stone color, using a specific metal , modifying the size, without altering the core design or essence of the piece.

  • A collaborative process involving various key players, such as artisans, workshops, or other suppliers, contributing to the creation of the final piece. The customer may or may not be directly involved.

  • A design produced in a small, finite quantity. These items are often available for a specific period or season and may feature unique or scarce materials.

  • A unique creation by a jewellery designer that reflect their personal aesthetic and design style, made by hand rather than mass-produced.

  • A one-of-a-kind design, often hand-made, where no other piece will be identical if reproduced. This is typically not mass-produced or using a mould.

  • A selection of jewellery that may or may not be co-designed, carefully selected often for a particular season or material. They may be from different designers or workshops and organised into a specific category,

  • Natural or discarded objects found by chance and considered to have aesthetic value, often used in jewellery as part of a curated collection or concept

  • The main difference is that bespoke bridal jewellery and headpieces means earrings, hair pins, tiaras designed from scratch. On the other hand, personalised means specific elements of an already existing designer’s collection that can be modified based on your preferences.

  • Personalisation of our jewellery and headpiece collection can be done by adding a small percentage on top or in some cases free of charge!

    Bespoke pearl bridal earrings, for example, have prices ranging from 100 USD silver to 800 USD when created in 14K in gold, depending a lot on the material and design.

  • Although it varies depending on the design, it is recommended to order it at least 9 weeks in advance before the wedding date. For destination weddings or peak season events, consider doing it further in advance, at least 6 months before.

  • STEP ONE - We schedule a video call where we learn about your inspirations and style, making sure we perfectly understand your dream aesthetic, we provide you with a personalized quote and an estimated delivery time.

    STEP TWO - We request a 60% advance payment to launch the creativity. Soon, you will receive a series of photographs showing the evolution of your accessory, from visual sketches to assembly alternatives.

    STEP THREE - To ensure your piece aligns perfectly with your vision, we invite you to provide feedback during an approval stage, which typically lasts 3-4 weeks.

    STEP FOUR - Once you approve the final design, we polish it to perfection and carefully package it for delivery to our international courier, ensuring it arrives safely and on time at your door.
